One token is spent each time you record a sale, however many items are on it. A voided sale gives its token back. New accounts get 30 free tokens, valid 14 days; packs start at AED 25 and never expire. See pricing.
Recording a new sale stops, and the app tells you plainly. Everything else — customers, past sales, reports, staff — stays fully accessible. Top up and carry on.
Notes you write about a customer or supplier are private to you — not visible to your other staff, and not shown to the customer. Appointment notes are visible to any staff member managing bookings, so colleagues can cover for each other.
No. Staff see the sales they record and the customers/appointments they work with. Commission rates, full reports and account settings are owner-only.
Record cash, card, tap and other payments as they happen. To take a card payment by QR code or a payment link, connect your own Ziina account. We never see or store your customers’ card details.
Yes — AED 2, set by Ziina. Ziina also charges its own fee on every QR or Link payment, part of it a fixed amount, so on a very small sale the fee is a big share. For tiny amounts, cash keeps more of your money. LiteRegister adds nothing on top — just the usual token for recording the sale, from AED 0.30. See Ziina’s pricing for its fees.
Yes, with the Multi-branch Admin add-on (AED 39 a month): combined sales, revenue trends, payment mix and revenue against expenses for each business you link, once its owner approves. See pricing.
Yes — sales, expenses and customers download as CSV, and every chart in Reports has its own CSV.
Yes. Your own page at literegister.app/book/your-business lets customers ask for a time without signing in; you confirm or decline it under Appointments. Email is optional.
Yes — as the owner, you get notifications on your phone for new booking requests, change requests waiting, and tokens running low or out. On an iPhone, add LiteRegister to your Home Screen first. Your staff don’t get these.
After 120 days of inactivity, your account is paused. You have 60 days to log back in and reactivate — everything stays intact. After that, a further 30-day window before your personal and contact data is permanently deleted. Anonymized financial records — sale and expense amounts with names and numbers stripped out — are kept for 7 years to meet tax and accounting law, then deleted too. We recommend exporting anything you need during the 60-day window.
You can sign up and record sales anywhere; token packs are billed in AED, or in USD when your account shows amounts in another currency. Card payments by QR code or payment link go through Ziina, which is for UAE businesses.
Yes — in any browser, on any device. There’s no separate app to install, the layout widens on a bigger screen, and every feature works the same everywhere.
It’s a web app on purpose. New features and fixes reach you the moment we ship them — no waiting days for App Store or Play Store approval. There’s nothing to download or update; just open it in your browser and it’s always the latest version. It works the same way on your phone, your partner’s phone, or a shared tablet at the counter — no install, no storage taken up, no “please update” nagging.

Yes — LiteRegister has none. You pay per sale you record, from AED 0.30, with packs from AED 25 that never expire, and no charge per user.
It does the counter’s job — sales, payments, staff earnings, customers — and nothing you have to configure before it’s useful. No modules to switch on, no workflow builder, no training.
Only where it actually helps. Most of what a small business needs — recording a sale, booking an appointment, following up with a customer — doesn’t need AI to do well; it needs to be fast and not get in your way. We won’t bolt on AI or ‘automation’ features just because they’re trendy. The app runs a few small background jobs, such as sending appointment reminders — nothing more elaborate than that, on purpose.
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use LiteRegister — that’s the whole design goal.

Traditional POS systems suit businesses that need dedicated hardware and full retail features. LiteRegister is built for smaller service businesses that want to record sales, manage staff, track expenses and see how each day went — on the phone they already have, without a complicated setup.
You pay per sale, not per month: each sale you record uses one token, with no monthly fee and no charge per staff member. The only monthly plan is the optional Multi-branch Admin (AED 39 a month), for owners who run several businesses.
We know your business records matter, so you can try LiteRegister properly first. Every new business gets a 14-day free trial with 30 free tokens, no card needed; unused free tokens expire when the trial ends.
You may not need to change if your notebook works for you. LiteRegister keeps your sales, expenses and staff earnings organised and adds them up for you, so you can see how the business is doing without doing the sums at the end of each day.
Because no two months are the same. You buy tokens and use one each time you record a sale — however many items are on it and however the customer pays — and if you void a sale, the token comes back. Your software cost follows your actual sales.
You’ll use more tokens as you record more sales, and you’ll always know the cost per sale. Packs start at 75 sales for AED 25 (about AED 0.33 a sale) and go down to about AED 0.30 a sale with the 500-sale pack. Accounts that don’t use AED are billed in USD — see pricing.
No. LiteRegister runs in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install. You can record cash, card and other payments however you take them today; to take QR or payment-link payments in the app, businesses in the UAE connect their own Ziina account. Receipts are shared as an image from your phone rather than printed.
Yes, and there’s no charge or limit per staff member. Staff record sales and see their own sales and earnings, while the owner sees everything, approves voids and manages commissions and tips. Staff can’t see the token balance or the business’s costs.
No. If you take QR or payment-link payments — available for businesses in the UAE — you connect your own Ziina account and your customers’ payments go straight to that account; we don’t hold or process your customers’ funds. LiteRegister records the sale and the payment result, and never sees or stores card details.
Only recording new sales pauses until you top up — your customers, past sales, reports and staff all stay fully available. The app warns you when your balance runs low, so you can buy a pack before you run out.
No. Tokens you buy never expire. Only the 30 free tokens from the 14-day free trial expire, when the trial ends, if they’re unused.
Yes, as CSV files: your sales list, customers, expenses and every report table can be downloaded at any time. Each receipt can also be saved or shared as an image. There’s no PDF export, and staff earnings can’t be exported yet.
That’s completely fine. LiteRegister is made for small service businesses that want simple sales and daily management. If you need dedicated retail hardware, complex inventory or enterprise POS features, another solution may suit you better.
