The two questions people ask

What counts as a sale?

One token is spent when a sale is recorded — one token per sale, however many items are on it and whichever payment method is used. Adding customers, booking appointments, editing products, sending reminders and running reports cost nothing. If a sale is voided, the token is refunded.

What happens when tokens run out?

Recording a new sale stops, and the app says so plainly rather than failing quietly. Nothing else changes: you keep full access to everything already in the account — customers, appointments, past sales, reports and staff — and your data is untouched. Top up and carry on.
