Book clients in by stylist and time. If the appointment has the client’s mobile number, they get a WhatsApp reminder automatically, up to an hour before.

Pricing
Salon billing software without the monthly bill
One token per sale you record, and a voided sale gives it back. You get 30 starter tokens when you create your business, valid for 14 days. After that, token packs from AED 25 (US$7 if your business uses another currency) for 75 sales, and packs never expire.

What it doesn’t do
Better you know now than after you’ve signed up.
- Card payments by QR code or payment link go through your own Ziina or Stripe account in UAE dirhams, whichever you choose, or through your own Stripe account in other currencies, in supported countries; tap is through Ziina, in UAE dirhams. You can always take cards on your own machine and record the sale as Card.
- Commission is on services only; products earn none.
- Simple stock counts for the products you sell, not an inventory system: no barcodes, purchase orders or stock transfers.
- Reminders are WhatsApp only, from LiteLab’s number, with fixed wording. No SMS or email reminders.
- No loyalty schemes, payroll or marketing campaigns.
Questions salon owners ask
Do I need a card machine or special hardware?
No. LiteRegister runs on the phone, tablet or computer you already have. In UAE dirhams you can also take cards by QR code or payment link through your own Ziina or Stripe account, whichever you choose, and by tap through your own Ziina account; in other currencies, by QR code or payment link through your own Stripe account, in supported countries; or use your own card machine and record the sale as Card.
How is staff commission worked out?
You set a rate for each staff member. Each service they do earns that rate, worked out when the sale is saved; products earn none. Changing a rate later doesn’t change past sales.
Do reminders come from my own WhatsApp?
No. They come from LiteLab’s WhatsApp number, with fixed wording, up to an hour before the appointment, when the appointment has the client’s mobile number.
Can clients book online?
Yes. You get your own booking page; clients ask for a time and you confirm or decline it.
Is there a monthly fee or contract?
No. You pay per sale with token packs that never expire, and there’s no charge per staff member.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Sales, clients and report tables download as CSV.
